Browns Leisure Breaks Limited has been proudly providing luxury holidays in our own holiday lodges on Whiteacres holiday park since 2014. We do all of the cleaning and handovers personally. We hope to provide a more homely touch to our holiday lodges to give your holiday a true home from home feel.

Since being established in 2014, Browns Leisure Breaks Limited is known for providing a high quality holiday experience with a home from home feel with little added extra touches to try to make your holiday a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. We have customers who have been returning for their holidays wince we first starting renting our luxury lodges out.If you think we can improve your experience in the future, we are more than happy to take any advice to try to improve our service.

We’re committed to making sure that our guests have the most enjoyable holiday possible. We can supply travel cot, high chair and bed rail if required at no extra cost, cleaning products for the lodge; We have supplied a welcome booklet in each of our 3 lodges, with information about the closest supermarkets, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants and fire assembly points near to the lodges. If you have any questions or queries we shall endeavour to answer these to the best of our abilities.If anything should go wring while you are on site we shall do our best to get the situation resolved as soon as possible.

The Cambrian Sandalwood LODGE 285

Th Cambrian Sandalwood is the largest of our 3 lodges.The lodge has a lovely large open plan living and dining area which comfortably sits 8 people around the dining table and also in the lounge area with the 2 large 4 seater settees and a matching tub chair. The kitchen area has got a range cooker, dishwasher and built in fridge freezer. The washing machine boiler and cleaning products are in a separate cloakroom area where there is plenty of room and cupboards to store your shoes and coats.
The lodge has 4 bedrooms which consists of 2 master bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. We have supplied a hair dryer in both of these bedrooms. Every room has got sockets weigh USB sockets so you will be able to charge your phones tablets etc in your own rooms.2 Twin rooms with full sized single beds again these bedrooms have got sockets with USB charging points in them and every bedrooms has got Televisions in so no need for any arguments over what to watch.There is a small storage room in the hallway which is where the ironing board, hoover and fan is stored.The master bathroom has got a full-size bath with shower miser taps with a toiler and wash basin which is siting in front of a mirror which spans the full width of the bathroom to help with light in the bathroom along with a shaver point.The lodge has got a large wrap around decking with rattan furniture and sun loungers which help you to enjoy the stunning Cornish vista whether in the morning enjoying your breakfast and a cup of tea or in the evening enjoying a glass of wine and evening meal.The lodge has got its own o parking bay which is large enough to hold 2 family sized cars.

The Willerby Boston Lodge 284

The Willerby Boston Lodge 284.This lodge is the larger of our 2 three bedroomed lodges; which consists of a large open plan living dining area which comfortably sits 6 people with 2 large settees and a matching arm chair, the dining table easily sit 6 people and the kitchen has got. A built in oven and grill hob washing machine and dishwasher, we supply all of the cleaning products for the lodge which can be found under the sink along with the iron. The ironing board and hoover scan be found in the storage cupboard near to the main door for the lodge which is also where you hang your outdoor coats and place your shoes.Into the hall you will find the main bathroom on the right which consists of a shower, toilet and sink.The next 2 rooms are the 2 twin bedrooms which a situated opposite each other these bedrooms both have full sized single beds, television’s and sockets with USB charging points in.The master bedroom has got a kingsized bed, 2 bed side lamps with UISB sockets in them, a large walk in wardrobe where you will find your hairdryer and then if you walk through the wardrobe your will find your en-suite bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and sink.The lodge has got a wrap around decking with rattan furniture so can can walkout in the morning and have your breakfast or in the Erving with a lovely glass

The Victory Versailles lodge 292

The Victory Versailles Is theresmallero our e lodge being 40’ x 16’ With 3 bedrooms.This lodge has got an open plan living dining and kitchen area which is beautifully laid out with its 2 three seater settees and dining table which seats 6 people comfortably, the kitchen has got a built in oven and grill, microwave and hob, there is also a built in washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer; all of the cleaning products are supplied for the lodge and it has an iron and ironing board, the boiler is situated in the cupboard by the main door as you enter the lodge.As you enter the hall the first door on your right houses your main bathroom which has got a large shower, toilet and sink.The next rooms you will find on your left which are the 2 twin bedrooms which have got full sized single beds in them and Televisions in both of them.The last room is on the right which is the master bedroom which consists of a kingsized bed, a light up makeup lamp, hairdryer and Television, it also has got double socket with USB charging points, the master bedroom also has an en-suite with shower, toilet and sink.There is a wraparound decking with patio furniture on it so you can enjoy breakfast or an relaxing evening meal with stunning Cornish views.The lodge also has its own parking which can easily park 2 cars on and also a rotary washing line for the sole use of lodge 292.
